Sayed’s path- breaking book argues we need a revolution in our food systems. Market mechanisms are not enough to match the demands placed on our food systems from the converging climate and biodiversity crises or to tackle widespread malnutrition and obesity. At the same time, the book proposes collective actions on how we can all contribute to transforming the food system for the good of humanity and the planet.
